The breakfast was decent, but frequently ran out of key items, leaving us to wait for refills. The staff member handling it was overwhelmed, adding to the frustration.

The location was comfortable, close to the area we visited and the interior design was nice. Our rooms were brand-new and huge with a big window, bottled water, a King bed.

The hotel rooms are well-appointed with a King bed and a nice view, as for instance. There is a microwave and a refrigerator. The location is unbeatable, 2 miles from a regional park. The employees are very attentive and efficient.

Water pressure in the shower surprisingly low!!! A/C unit so noisy that I couldn't sleep!!! The pool area cleanliness left much to be desired, complete with hair in the water. It really needs attention!!!

fairly quiet rooms, had an excellent stay for a weekend getaway. marvellous and perfect location close to the area we visited, in the good area.

I loved the modern vibe of the hotel, and the hot breakfast was a win for my family! The indoor pool was great for the kids to splash around, and we enjoyed some relaxing time in the leisure room. Just a heads-up, the housekeeping could use a little more attention to detail, but it didn't ruin our fun! 😊

Very good service. May breakfast be a little longer or maybe just a light breakfast after 10:3Oam. I worked very late the night before and just made it in time a swell. Very helpful to have a late check out. ThankS for everything

Polite staff and stunningly beautiful and great place. Variety of toast, fruit, eggs, and bacon at breakfast. Magnificent particularly good location, close to where the events happen. Based near restaurants and gas stations as well as the HDMI port.

Here's my point of view

Was kinda surprised by the contemporary design of the room and the friendly staff! Cleanliness was great, and I appreciated the recycling bin available. The location is excellent, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. Free breakfast is the cherry on top! Can't wait to return!

Comfortable Stay for Families with Great Breakfast

Our family enjoyed a restful two-night stay. The kids loved the spacious queen room with two beds, and the daily breakfast offered a variety of tasty options. Don't miss out on the delicious pancakes! A quick tip, ask for extra towels at the front desk for pool day. It gets busy!

great stay but could improve room cleanliness

The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. The staff offered my kids apples even though we missed breakfast, which showed great hospitality. I enjoyed the coffee, delicious and kept me energized for the day.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to my standards.

Family with children wretched stay

Even though we booked two rooms and requested to be on the same floor, they completely ignored us, and we ended up separated! The wet sheets on the kids' beds at eleven o'clock at night were the final blow, they had to use their own blankets for crying out loud.

It wasn't inexpensive, but you would think for the price. You'd get better service.

While the hotel's cleanliness impressed me, the front desk staff left something to be desired when responding to my family's requests. The breakfast was decent, but inconsistent service and unexpected charges real dampeners on our overall enjoyment.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a cute atmosphere with efficient check-in and well-maintained comfortable rooms. The breakfast was diverse, with both hot and cold items, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially during our busy work schedule. I appreciated the business center, well-equipped for my needs and allowed me to complete my tasks seamlessly.
